Our holiday village in Sottomarina features a pool and a comfortable sunbathing area on the lawn with parasols and loungers for relaxing. There are two pools: one for adults and one for children, where they can have fun safely and meet new friends.

You can reach the wide, golden sandy beach equipped with parasols and sunbeds in just the blink of an eye. In the green space next to the Mini Market, you’ll find our barbecue area: three brick-built grills arranged in a circle around a large central table, ready to be fired up for your evenings outdoors.

Rules for the stay of our four-legged friends
- Medium-sized dogs up to a maximum of 25 kg are allowed.
- At check-in, it's mandatory to provide up-to-date health documentation for your dog, including mandatory vaccinations.
- Pets are only allowed in the Giudecca Pet Friendly Mobile Homes and on the Burano Pet Friendly pitch.
- The presence of pets must be specified at the time of booking.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash.
- Owners are required to clean up after their pets and ensure that they do not disturb other guests in the holiday village.
- Any damage caused to third parties and to the holiday village facilities by pets is entirely the responsibility of the owner.
- Pets are not allowed in the playground, pool area, or toilet facilities.
Token-operated laundry
All the comforts of home, even on vacation: the campsite's token-operated laundry room is equipped with washing machines and dryers that are always available to guests, for easy laundry in complete independence.
